1. Who we are
Apex Wise Solutions provides outsourced customer support, web development, SEO, social media and related services to businesses. Our team works from Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: hello@apexwisesolution.com, Kalispell, MN.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and pilot request forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, the service you're interested in, ticket volume, helpdesk and your message.
- Emails, calls and messages you send us, including on WhatsApp.
When you send a form, we also record the IP address it came from, with your message, to protect against spam and abuse.
Information collected automatically
- Visit statistics: a random visitor ID stored in a cookie, the pages you view, the website or campaign that sent you, and your device type (desktop, mobile or tablet).
- Approximate location: your country, region and city, worked out from your IP address once per visit using a location lookup service. Your IP address is not stored with your visit statistics.
- Security data: a session cookie that keeps forms working and protects them from misuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels or third-party analytics on this website.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and set up a free pilot week if you ask for one.
- To provide and manage the services you buy from us.
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
- To keep the website and our forms secure and block spam.
- To send you service-related emails. If we ever send you marketing emails, every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests (running and improving our business and website securely), and your consent where we ask for it.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business, under confidentiality obligations:
- Website hosting and email providers, which store our website, database and emails.
- IP location services (ipinfo.io, with ipapi.co as a backup), which receive your IP address to return an approximate location.
- Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, when needed.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
5. Client data we handle while providing services
When we provide customer support or other services, we may access our clients' systems and their customers' information (for example in a helpdesk). We handle that information only on our client's instructions, under a written agreement and NDA, using individual logins with limited permissions. Questions about that data should go to the business you bought from.
6. International transfers
Our team works from Pakistan and our service providers may be located in other countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. We use contracts and security measures to protect it wherever it is processed.
7. How long we keep information
- Enquiries and client records: for as long as needed to respond, provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
- Visit statistics: kept for reporting. They contain a random ID and an approximate location, not your name, email or IP address.
- Location look-ups: cached for up to 30 days under a one-way, salted code, not the IP address itself.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email hello@apexwisesolution.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires and may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, two-step sign-in for our admin system and confidentiality agreements with our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and fix problems quickly.
11. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
